So, say I received about 50 emails all from individuals wanting me to become a customer, all giving me exactly the same website. What would cause me to choose one over the other? No-one stood out from the crowd and as a result, I didn’t turn into a customer of any of them!

Who did I turned into a customer of, a friend that I had met online months ago. Because I already knew he would be a cool guy, I allowed him to teach me on exactly what energy deregulation was also, since he spent the time to do this (to be honest, he only sent me a simple email about the topic) I became a customer of his.
