Here are some basic tips for your window cleaning uniform. To help keep your shirt dry and cleaner, its best to tuck it in, so be sure to have a nice black belt, although you could just have your window cleaning belt covering up where the belt would go.

Your window cleaning hat is also a nice touch, it’s always good to match the hat to the pants or shorts. For instance my San Diego window cleaning company colors are blue, grey with a yellow logo. So I have a grey shirt, with blue shorts and hat. The baseball hat is just for presentation, and I wear it inside when I clean. Once I am on the job outside I pull out my straw hat that covers my head and neck in protection from the sun. It’s more challenging to wear this type of hat when moving ladders for window cleaning but the protection it offers is worth it.

Next are the shoes, you could wear boots but they might weigh you down after awhile so I prefer tennis shoes for window cleaning. The lighter the better, also you want something comfortable since you are going to be on your feet the entire time. Once again matching shoes is ideal but go with comfort first. Most people do not look at your feet anyways. Don’t forget to have matching socks! I usually wear black shoes and socks as they hide dirt better and goes well with just about any darker colors for your Escondido window cleaning uniform.

In the end you want your window cleaning uniform to be simple, and clean cut. Your want your colors to match, nothing to bright and crazy. The clothes you choose should look professional.
