Are you kidding me? Of course Ignite Energy is not a scam. In the following paragraphs, I will discuss precisely why people are claiming it to be. This is from a third party point of view, I’m in no way associated with the organization, but I  was previously a customer with the company.

The main reasons why people could imagine that this home based business can be a scam is that most people do not earn there initially investment back when they join the company. To get going in Ignite, it will take a $299 investment. There is also a continuous $25 fee every month. What typically happens is this: A person watches a video concerning the business opportunity, gets excited, pays the $299 and is officially an energy broker. He shares the business plan with family and friends, but not most of them have a go at the business enterprise. This new business person gets extremely discouraged, quits the business, and claims that it’s a scam.

The example above is a common scenerio for those home based businesses, not just Ignite. What individuals indirect sales don’t realize is always that network marketing has nothing to do with selling. What it really has to do with is building relationships with folks. It isn’t about harrassing your Aunt Sally to join, when she’s got no desire to actually have a home business.

The secret is to locate people that already are interested in a home business. Why spend hours and hours prospecting people that don’t want to be their own boss? Would you agree that this is a total waste of time? What you need to do if find those people that want financial freedom and walk away income, instead of those who would like to be an employee throughout their life.

The thing is that we are often trained in direct sales to talk with their warm market, which only makes sense because these would be the people who know, like, and trust us. When people know, like, and trust us, they may be more likely to work with you. The main problem is that after people exhaust their warm market, they do not have any more folks to expose their business to.

Wouldn’t seem sensible that our target market be other network marketers? If you target individuals who already have a home business, you won’t ever get the response of: Is this a scam or even a pyramid?  Now, I know that you’re thinking what I first thought at first. Why would I target someone who has already been in a home business? Statistically 97% of individuals home based businesses are not making any cash. Most don’t have a mentor or coach, which if you want to succeed is a thing that you have to have. If you’re able to become that coach in their mind and they like you, chances are they will join you in business.

If you wish to create a huge organization than you should leave your comfort zone and be that leader you’ll want to be. Anyone can develop a huge team, but it’s your responsibility get educated and skilled on marketing and leadership and do things that cause you to feel uncomfortable. I was scared to death about doing live webinars, I actually do them all of the time now and it is so nice to get compliments on them and have folks let me know simply how much I’ve helped them! Isn’t this what mlm is all about, helping other people get what they want from life?
